Getting documents and gold Qn. My parents are staying separate since few years due to some issue. My father had expired few days back, now his documents and gold is with his relatives. Even the cremation letter is with them as I cant apply for death certificate till then. My dad was staying in his relatives house in his last days but as I am married I couldn't bring my dad with me. My dad had called me several times and he told me as how he was tortured, But I haven't recorded it. Now his relative and not demanding money from me, please advice how to deal with this issue. To counter perm injection Qn. We have 8 cents of land in . The 8 cents given by for scheduled caste candidates, 4 cents for my father and 4 cents for my grand mother.when was given we were not there so we didnt get In this premises as above we have a old house so in ** we build a new house by levelling the land in front forming a courtyard. The person living adjacent to our house filed a case stating the courtyard was their road and asked for permenent injection. But munsiff court dismissed the case and they went to appeal again.
