Home construction in not owned land Qn. My father has his own land and house in ** cents . It is my father propertry.My father made document saying this land and house will be transferred to me after father and mother death (Nikuthi sheet means tax paper alse in my name now, registered as dhana nischaya prakram and with love). Now as per document it says income from the land and full authority to stay in the house until their death belongs to them and it is fine and i am also giving them for expense. Now both are alive.I wanted to construct a new house for them to stay in the same land near to the existing house .As per document he mentioned that he has given to my 3 sisters what ever he has to give during and after their marriage .1)Due to some pressure or mood change can my father revoke the document?2)If sisters are interested in this property will there be a problem and what will happen to the new house that i am going to construct?3)Due to some reason , if i die my wife and children will get house and land?4) Can i construct new house on my name in the same land ?5)First made osyath and after 2 years modified and registered as dhana nischaya prakram and with love.What exactly the difference here?
