Legal 10 feet wide vehicle access to my neighbor plot through my plot Qn. Hello,I would like to consult with you regarding a " 3-meter-wide internal passage access to my neighbour for vehicular movement ". Background: The seller sold to me the entire section of original plot front facing the road while his plot (behind my plot) does not have any access to the road. At the time of purchase, I had agreed to allow a 10 feet passage for their vehicle movement from road up to their plot from inside my future 3 storied building. The 10 feet passage is for common use (for access to my building staircase and toilets in the rear plus vehicle access to my neighboring plot). Further I have given them a consent letter after purchase of the plot, saying the same. The consent letter has a time frame mentioned for the completion of building construction . Everything was mutual and fine until my neighbor applied for a building permit / approached the bank for a loan. My neighbor came back to me saying consent letter is not sufficient and insisted on giving him 10 feet vehicle movement access through the registration office.
