File a case for child support after divorce Qn. I have been divorced for 3 years now and my ex wife and I have a 21 year old son who is autistic and has other mental disabilities. She currently collects social security on his behalf he is physically able and capable of having a job. I got a certified letter from the court stating she wants child support. Solution for conflict of interest with present Employer for starting my own E Commerce micro business Qn. I am working as a project manager (Age 42,Full time permanent) in Telecom pvt company . Want to start my own E commerce based Micro business (garments), but clause of present employment contract (given below) hinders me. Being divorced & parents expired, I cannot opt for these options. Also dont want to start business in someone else's name, later to be successful & risk not actually owning it myself. Want constructive suggestions so I can start on registration asap. I have discussed this with my reporting manager & he suggested me to start in any other name of relative but i dont trust them.
